Week 27: Christmas

Hey Kids!!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I know I did. At midnight on Christmas Eve, the whole sky in the whole city lights up with fireworks for almost a half hour. It was amazing to be in the middle of a city so far away from my family and to be experiencing such different Christmas traditions. But I know that I am where I am supposed to be right now.  I love that Christmas was on a Sunday this year. I also think that I was a lot more focused on Jesus Christ because there werent really any parties or tons of presents or anything like that to distract me from the real purpose of Christmas. I love our Savior, Jesus Christ and I know that because of Him we can be perfected and come to live with our Heavenly Father again. Every single person has something shiny inside of them and everyone has mistakes. That is why I love this Gospel so much. So that we can learn to polish up and be shiny for others to see. I love you all and thank you for everything that you do to serve others and be examples of Jesus Christ!
Have a great week and a happy new year!!
